I'll be in Israel for the next week or so doing consulting work and vacationing, so posting may be a bit sparse during that time. In light of that, I decided to open comments for the Site Clinic of November.

I may do a post about how the SEM culture in Israel is quite different as compared to the US. For example, Rand made a great post on SEM salaries recently; but it's important to note that those salaries don't translate well overseas, even after you adjust for currency and cost of living criteria. I'd love to hear your thoughts about Youth Frontiers. It is a local (to Minneapolis, MN) non-profit that really does some great work in our schools. I think it'd be wonderful if they had more exposure - any suggestions?

I manage the marketing for The Sports Authority. Unfortunately the agency I work at hasn't trained me in SEO. So I learn as much as I can on the go. Recently they have been hounding us to provide them direction regarding their Natural search results. I would greatly appreciate it if you could take a look at their site and provide some possible areas of improvement.

The blog has been up for more than a year, but in terms of SE ranking, it is not great at all. In fact, the SE traffic has dropped by about 60% few months ago. I couldn't figure out why. Would be great if you could offer some tips!
